Looks like a yummy birthday breakfas. Your cluster on the left side is nice, I like how you combined the present with the flowers. The scatter is fun great for the birthda.

Cake - cake has eggs, eggs are a breakfast food. Flour, flour is used to make pancakes, pancakes are a breakfast food. The tart looks as though it might contain fruit. Very healthy.
