Delightful page! Love the textured paper and the big swirled waves. The fish w/bubbles looks like it's reading the journal card/photo/word art. Very fun clustering, too.

I love your charming page! The big sun is glorious, and the journal card looks like it's part of the scenery. I also like the way the tumbling waves connect the two clusters. The fish and bubbles are a nice touch, but don't let that jellyfish get near us, no matter how pretty it may look! LoL! All-around great layout!! :)
