Love your take on this page! My daughter has ADHD and her biological mother told her that she "had a disability" and she grew up being told that she'd never be a good student. When I first met her when she was 9, I quickly realized that she had believed all of that crap! She turns 18 in a couple of months, and she now realizes that ADHD has brought her just as many gifts as it has hurdles, but that she can overcome and do whatever she puts her mind to.
