powerful page with a lot of nostalgia feel there! The angle that this photo was taken and the journaling that goes along with it is very heart felt and it is true that your perspective of things changes as we get older.

That pop of light blue really sets off your page and the title work is so awesome

What a wonderful job you've done in this! I love everything about it. At first I couldn't figure out what the photo of the pile of shoes meant with the W/A, but then I read the journaling and it made sense! I miss that as well, living 8 hours away from my family no that I'm retired...

My only-child-daughter hasn't seen her 30+ cousins for over 10 years, and hasn't even met some of them, because we live so far away.
