Your poem is just lovely and I am putting a note in my head to go refill our bird baths:) I had to Google "grackle", hadn't heard of that bird before, he looks very smart with his black plumage and blue green sheen. I love the soft colour you chose for the page and the embellishments are placed to advantage.
