My husband and I took a trip to Washington DC and this was the spot that really got us - the Law Enforcement Memorial. My husband had a colleague who lost his life in the line of duty about 5 years ago so to visit this space, and especially to honor his name, really touched us.

All your scattered stars give such value to the sentiment you're sharing here. I was in DC in 2010 and was lucky enough to have a good view of the annual National Police Week ceremonies on the Mall. It was incredibly humbling to be in the presence of so many dedicated law enforcement officers from all over.
