Aww, gee, El, I'm so sorry to hear that you got a dent in your new vehicle already. The washi tape seems very appropriate under the circumstances. The "He said's" were a bit confusing until I figured out that your husband uttered the top one, the other driver said the 2nd one, and the last one was spoken by the policeman, of course. I love the title ... "Oops" ... oh my, I've used that one quite a few times myself. LoL!

Bummer!! At least it was somewhat minor damage. Love the title and the word strip conversation. I like the tape securing the photos.
