Love your play on words for the title of your layout, so cute! I like the way you made the one large photo half of your page and then decorated the bottom half with nautical papers and embellishments. Great page!

That little surfer girl will be surfing the big ones before you know it! Love the full width photo supported by the smaller ones at the bottom. Love those nautical themed paper you filled the flags with . Terrific clustering too.
