I blended two or three different textures I had in my CU stash with the photo (for the textures), ran a Pioneer Woman photo Action on it (for the color tones....if I remember right I did the PW Black and White and then reduced the opacity of the PW Black and White layer), and then ran it through an Atomic Cupcake Distressed Edge Action ( for the edges). Whew....I'm lucky I remembered all of that, LOL....
