My oh my, do I love that little doggie! The split page is cool, both artsy and dramatic. For some reason, this layout, though somewhat melancholy, doesn't make me sad at all. What I do feel is love as something to treasure and hold close but not too tightly. :)

Oh they do look like they are best friends. They look like they are comfortable just being near eachother. The look in both of their eyes and the colors make for a dramatic layout. Well done.
