Oh boy, can I relate to the crying issue. I have had a big issue with this one as well. In fact, I am pretty sure I know which kid's movie you are talking about, and I won't go! LOLOL
Your page is gorgeous. Unbelievably gorgeous, bright and well done. I think my favorite part is everything. Really. The colors. The element piles. The litle fun things you have tucked away in the clusters...it's visually interesting and vivid.
Amazing! Straight into my favorites to see if I can replicate it!!!

Oh my goodness! First, your page is stunning! I can totally relate to feeling ancillary when remarriage occurs. I too, heard often, stop crying or I'll give you something to cry about. I cry very easily also :/ Your journaling breaks my heart because I see myself in it, however, it gives me hope because you have shown me that there is hope! {{Hugs}} Good luck in the contest!!

Absolutely stunning presentation of a truly difficult situation you were in. I wish you all the joy you can find

This is the one..the one that makes you gasp at seeing it. Fabulous job--and that you used so many kits and it looks seamless. Just wow!
I wish adults were more mindful of how their comments or behavior can shape a child..and sometimes not always with a good outcome. I am glad you survived and turned into the cool and fun person you are!

Wowza, absolutely stunning. just love everything about this one! The journaling spilled across that paper and the font alone were great let alone the gorgeous clustering on the sides. What a difficult childhood and I am glad you found that youth group! Even the title is powerful! Good luck

Tammy! I wrote a LOOOONG comment to you first thing this morning, but now I don't see it!!! I'm bummed, because it was a good one LOL. Man, that's annoying! ANYWAY, I'll just tell you AGAIN how incredible your page is ... your clustering is super fantastic (what I said this morning was that it belonged in a museum for people to study and admire!). And your story -- oh, my how heartbreaking. So well-written and GO YOU for realizing this issue and trying to turn it around. It is amazing that you found a youth group to be your safe place and not drugs or gangs or alcohol. Sort of what happened with me, too. Thank you so much for being so transparent and real. I appreciate that you shared your story so openly.

This is stunning Tammy! Way to go to express the inner you and challenges you've lived. Love Love your kit and the page composition is awesome. Super clustering!!!

Tammy, your page is just gorgeous. Your layering is phenomenal!! I hope that your recent revelation will help you to let those pesking emotions run havok, so that you can let Joy back in the driver seat.
*BTW - loved that movie, too ;)

Awesome page!! Love how you used the torn paper for your journaling and surrounded it with pretty floral clusters. I so love these colours!! I too am a bit like that keeping things inside. I love your analogy with the movie. Joy is my favourite character along with disgust lol!!

I am surprised at how much that movie made sense of everything...such a creative way to animate what is going on inside your head sometimes. Love the analogy here and I can completely relate to your journal. AMAZING job on this challenge! Your technique is flawless and what a wonderful design job. BTW, I'm sadness...completely...and not sad about it at all LOL :)

Absolutely gorgeous flower clusters and title work! Great journaling and I'm glad that movie inspired you (and now I wish I hadn't fallen asleep during it, lol!).

Wow Tammy.... this is just phenomenal. Truly amazing. I love how well you combined so many different kits. The scroll with your journaling is perfect here. Just a beautiful design. I just want to hug you after reading this.... I am sorry that you had to experience what you did. I hope you are able to find a way to keep the tears and the joy in your life!

This is fabulous Tammy! I love everything about it. Being of Eastern European descent I can totally relate to your story. it is good to find joy and express sadness once in awhile. I am happy that you are making it through.
