Journaling reads:
As a NICU nurse one of my fears was having an extremely premature baby. My fears were realized and compounded when I found out at 24 weeks gestation that one of my identical twin boys would not survive, and the other was in danger of hydrops and heart fa
A fabulous LO sharing one of the biggest challenges life can place on your plate. I love the photos with the lowering of the opacity. Your journaling is wonderful and I admire your ability to share the journey of your pregnancy. Super layering and combination of papers. The title is perfect.

I love the ghosted pictures and the happy colors you chose to honor both your son that didn't make it, and the ray of sunshine that your other son is!

I absolutely love what you ended up with! All those paper layers add so much detail, and the photos and the way you edited them and so, so touching. It's very impressive to use so many flowers on a boy page and still have it be masculine. Nicely done! Good luck this week!

I just happened across your layout and am sitting here reliving my past. My identical twins had twin to twin transfusion as well and we also had in utero surgery at 24 weeks. My heart breaks for you. This layout is so stunning and so classy and so honest. I wish I could give you a giant huge from another TTTS Mommy.

Your duplication on the photos is a fantastic tribute. your journaling heartbreaking. I can't even imagine going through this. Your layout is beautiful. The colors are perfect. I love the stacked paper and your clustering is awesome.

Beautiful page! I love the ghosted images and your beautiful clustering and journaling. Thank you for sharing your battle with us!!

Those photos are so powerful. just love the fading and flipping to show the other twin! The paper stacking, the border and the clustering around those 2 bottom photos was sweet!

Your layout is beautiful, the way you used your sons photos to create the second image of his brother, so heartbreaking and tragic, but you scrapped it perfectly. Hugs!

I just love the adjusted opacity of the mirrored photo of your ever so cute son. What a heartbreaking decision you had to make. Wonderful composition and pretty cluster!

I can only echo what others have said about the way you did your photos - what a beautiful, creative way to illustrate your story!

What an incredibly difficult situation you had to live through. Your son is adorable, and I am glad that his surgery was successful! Your ghosting of the photos is so creative, and I love your paper and element choices.

Oh my so beautiful reading your story sure brought a tear to my eye. Such a shame losing your precious baby but such a blessing having your healthy 6 year old.

Awesome layout and wonderful journaling, love your image work and layering! Good luck, thanks for sharing!
