Road Trip

Oh, my, I love covered bridges! If I had known about this bridge many years ago, I'd have made my husband detour through southern Illinois to see it. Cape Girardeau, MO, near the tip of Illinois, fascinated me, too, but DH#1 was always in a hurry to get to Texas. Thank you for reminding me of so much I still need to see in my own country before I set off for Europe and other parts of the world. Your layout is lovely. I like how the soft coral tones in the kit colors bring out the weathered look of the bridge.

Love how you used this kit for a non-Christmas layout! LOVE the colors, they go well with the color of the bridge. I'm such a fan of road trips, you can see then up close and personal, great photo of the bridge! And I really like the stitching!! Great job with the font challenge!
