How very true, and pefectly said, about dwelling on the things we cannot change..i agree wholeheartedly with living in the moment(and go with the flow babe...lol)beautiful clustering ..the 3 patterned scallop borders add a nice touch and the foto treatment <span style="font-size: 10px;">goes so nicely with the gray frame</span><span style="font-size: 10px;"> ..such a pretty lo </span>

This is just gorgeous!! I can totally relate to your journaling, too. I could worry about my kids (and parents) all day, but you have to distract yourself or it will be all consuming. Still hard though! :)
