I have tears in my eyes. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful story. My son was born with a heart defect and had heart surgery at 4 days old. He is 3 now and doing well. Life certainly is precious and we often forget that with the daily struggles we face. This must have been a hard page to make. Praying for you and yours.

Your LO is great btw...I'm just so touched by your journaling!

Ohhhhh what a beautiful tribute to Life and the people who are in yours. Your journaling is fantastic. As others have stated, I have tears while reading. How wonderful you were able to meet the family of the donor and that y'all are a part of each others lives. I was not aware that was even allowed.
