Super artistic scrap therapy session here Amy. Life does have it's ups and downs and some have more struggles to deal with than others. This art journal style works amazing well for dealing with strong emotions. I hope the days to come leave you feeling much less stressed. Gorgeous page ... love the way you used all the stamps and the fab alpha.

It's really creative.. but in a way, I feel a little depressed and sad. Some of the things I read are just not positive. However, if this an outlet for those more negative emotions.. so be it! Scrap away! You are to be commended for this! Well done!!
