LOL, that quote is too funny, such a perfect one to find for this layout! LOVE how the photo is large and landscape, it's as if I"m right there on the beach. The torn edge is wonderful, they look like ripples in the ocean along with the torn edges of the patterned paper, looks like the photo! Fun how you added the title onto the photo, it reminds me of when people write or draw on the sand! Fun layout, Arlene! You are always so creative!
