That is discrimination. My SIL is deaf and finds the same thing :( Your page is wonderful and conveys your disallusionment and anger perfectly. Hope it all worked out for you and someone was able to see past the deafness and realise the potential your abilities would bring to them and their business. Maybe you should take your scrapbook with you when you apply :)
