You are not alone, wouldnt the founding fathers think we were insane? They stood up for what they believed in and the people banded together and made a difference. I cannot believe that people think the government was ever established to "take care of them" and now we are the land of entitlements.

Beautiful layout. The journaling is a great way to express your frustration, and I love the classic, vintage typewriter font you used for it. I also like how the different lines of the text are tilted at different angles to give visual interest. And I like how the layout moves from brighter, bolder, classic colors at the top to the more distressed, grungy colors and paints at the bottom. That's a good way to illustrate how your sentiments and feelings are changing. Great work!

I love the image of the painted flag on the distressed wood! The stacking of paper for the journaling looks beautiful and the way you placed the folded flag "fans" at the top is just perfect!
