I used Blue Heart Scraps [url=https://store.gingerscraps.net/My-Cake-Day-Kit.html]My Cake Day[/url] for these projects.

Used Corel PSP X4 to create the inside sentiment in the card and the circle of dots around the outer edge of the circles. Used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out all of the shapes.

Love this card, I have such a hard time getting my sentiment to print in the right place on the inside of my cards. Did you cut the front part separately and glue to the front of the card? Great project

This is really darling! I love the scalloped circle cluster matted against the background paper. Love the adorable, bright colors here.
