I've been struggling with my weight for a long time since having my kids and have now decided it was time to start losing it and getting healthy. :) I'm using my new kit A WORK IN PROGRESS to create this progress journal.

I first want to tell you that I am so proud of you for putting yourself out there. I know this is very hard. I love the journaling and the big picture.
