In spite of living in the South Pacific for several years, we never had the opportunity to grill shrimp while we were there. I found a recipe online that seemed easy and when I saw a sale on wild shrimp, I picked some up to try. I now see why this is such a “thing” in Australia - they urned out beautifully in very little time at all. Even with frozen shrimp instead of fresh the flavour was excellent. Definitely something I will be trying again and now I wish we would have been able to try this with the huge fresh shrimp that were available in Fiji.
