Healthy, Happy, Me

In 2023, I made some great decisions that changed my life for the better.
First, with my husband's support, I quit my job. I loved my job, but it was putting me under unbearable stress. Second, I changed my lifestyle. I weighed no less than 96kg (212lbs). Third, I sought medical help: a nutritionist, an endocrinologist, and a cardiologist. Fourth, I joined a gym with the commitment to go every day, complaining, tired, sore, and weighing myself every day to understand why all this was happening. And together we drew up a plan with the gym's personal trainer.
The result is there! Healthy, happy, me!
