English Pea Salad

Ingredients
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese cubed, sharp is best
½ Red Onion small, diced
4 Cups Frozen English Peas defrosted
8 Slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar & vinegar to a small
bowl and whisk together. This will be your dressing.
2. Place the cheese, onion & peas into a large bowl.
3. Pour the dressing over the top and fold everything
together.
4. Sprinkle the bacon over the salad and fold together one
last time. Salt to taste.
