1982 08 Russ' Sombrero

It's a Mexican custom that children get their own sombreros (at least in DH's family) so this is the one he got for Russ (he was named for both his maternal great grandfathers ... Belisario Russell) but it's so heavy, he kept tipping over! (It has taken permanent residence on our living room wall, along with his sister's). He was the happiest baby ever!

i also used a couple elements from her Fiesta May 2011 kit that was part of a blog train .. GREAT COLORS!
the template is Craftas-trophic's Dia de Muertos .. i stayed with the color palette of the template but used Maurine's kits to fill the layers
font is Life Savers
