Journaling: This is Luna’s favorite place to sit and was Tucker’s also. This spot on the arm of the front room couch, where we spend most of our mornings, gives her a view of our neighborhood out of our large bay window, up and down the street, so she can watch anyone who may be coming or going. We have a pretty quiet neighborhood, but it isn’t uncommon to see someone strolling along with or without a dog. This spot also gives her the perfect vantage point to watch the front bird feeder as well as be on squirrel patrol or any other animal that dares to come into her eye line. Luna is very much a Velcro dog and is almost always where I am, but sometimes in the evenings when I am comfy on the TV room couch, she disappears for a while and I can always count on finding her back in her favorite spot, keeping an eye on the neighborhood even as the evening draws to a close.
