My favorite time of a spring day is the morning when the birds are singing their wake-up calls. I use the Merlin app on my phone to identify who I’m hearing. The usual ones are the scrub or blue jays and the mockingbirds. But there are also finches, wrens, towhees, and once in awhile, a hawk calls out. There aren’t as many robins as there used to be, sadly. They were my favorite growing up, but now I love to listen to the
mockingbirds and all their different calls. Samples of 5 days of Merlin app identifications, left column.
A wonderful bird page! I love how you show all the birds identified in the app and the tree with birds with your journaling. What wonderful morning music. Thank you for participating in my challenge. XOXO Diane
Wow that bird song app sounds amazing, I must go check it out. Perfect take on the challenge prompt, I love how you included the app samples and how you put all the birds in the tree. Fun page.
