In a greased microwavable 1Lt bowl, put the jam or syrup so that it covers the bottom.
This will be the top of your pudding.
Use a mixer but you can mix by hand.
Put all of the remaining ingredients into the mixer.
If you want to, you can keep it plain.
Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into bowl on top of jam/syrup.
Cover with cling film.
Microwave on full for 4-5 mins.
Leave for 2-3 mins to stand.
Turn out on a plate.
4-6 portions Serve with cream, custard or ice cream.

This sounds yummy Pepsi, I would love to make it, the trouble is there is only me and I would find it necessary to eat it all so as it doesnt go to waste (but it would go to MY waist). I think I would use caramel syrup rather than jam, you are making my mouth water!! Love your work with the recipe card mini and challenge.
It does keep @Jill, you don't have to eat it all in one go, emm altho I know you are a piggy when it comes to sweeties lol It's kinda like a sponge cake so you can cover it and stick it in a tin.
