Made this cake with the grandkidets two years ago .. i'll have to remember to do it again next year ... we had so much fun making it and, of course, the kids were sugar powered in the making of it!

Easter Peeps Cake
INGREDIENTS
2 boxes cake mix with ingredients listed on the box
2 cans chocolate buttercream frosting or make from scratch
25-30 peeps multiple colors.
1 family size bag of Easter M&M’s 1 pound or larger
INSTRUCTIONS
Using your favorite cake recipe, bake two 9-inch round cakes.
Take out 2 cans of frosting – or make a batch of homemade frosting
Once the cakes have cooled, frost the top of one cake. Then place the other cake on top of the frosting. Now frost the entire double-decker cake.
Take Easter marshmallow bunny peeps and stick them to the side of the cake in a colorful pattern.
Pour a big bag of Easter M&M’s all over the top of your cake until you’ve covered up all that yummy chocolate frosting.
