- Journaling reads: This year one of your pieces of art, a drawing with watercolor painting that you did of your school, Northern Elementary, was chosen to be featured at the Fayette County Art Show. Having the opportunity to show your work as a 2nd grader was really exciting to you, and made me very proud of you. It really went to show that Ms. Lester had a great opinion of you and your creativity. She told me when you were just starting first grade last year that in her opinion you were the best artist in the primary grades, if not the entire school. You are a very gifted young lady and I hope you always continue to use those gifts.
