Our precious 14 year old dog LOVES flowers and since we don’t get much of a winter here on the coast of California, ”winter” blooms start in February. This yard is usually green, but for a couple of months it becomes a field of flowers. The owners do mow it, as is shown in the photo with Pixie in it. But within a few days the lovely blanket of yellow pops up again. I have talked with the owners and told them how much Pixie and I love the annual show. We are delighted to see it every year!
