Kindle, Cake and Coffee

What a lovely way to spend Monday mornings. Terrific addition of the Kindle and the actual dry, old cake. Makes everything very real and true to life.

Fun Monday. I do the same thing on Fridays. Except I don't read I bring a journal and I eat breakfast and iced coffee. I need more motivation to use a kindle. Yes I own one but it always runs out of battery before I get to use it which certainly annoys me so I stick with a physical book.

This is one of my joys in life too Anne-Marie, always with a book to read, not always with the cake. I like that you scrapped this, giving me the idea for a future page. The side design is attractive. I like the stamping.

@A-M Edit: Looking at this now on my computer screen as opposed to my tiny phone screen at dark oclock this morning, I can now really appreciate the beautiful decoration on that slice of cake...shame it was a bit stale but have to admore the cake decorating skills.
