The next door neighbour and her little boy came to visit one
day when Harley was with me. They brought their pet blue
tongue lizard to show Harley who was a little hesitant at first
but was soon brave enough to pat it. The neighbour’s very
impressive fingernails and Harley's crocs match perfectly
with the lizard's blue tongue
It was just a blue on blue on blue moment. Nicely captured. I think I'd have been hesitant, too. Maybe more afraid of thoes finger nails than of the lizard, though! That drippy alpha is so fun, and I like how you've wrapped it w a critter. His speech bubble is so cute, too.
What marvelous FUN...spending the day with Harley...and a visit with a blue tongue lizard.
You can scratch that one off your Bucket List now.
Excellent movement all around...it's like being there and enjoying each piece separately and together...one eye candy, heartwarming moment after another.
Harley may not remember any of the details of all these grand pages you're creating for me...but he sure will enjoy them all his life...and have those details as a bonus.
P.S. I'm still ga-ga smiling over your title work and PLEASE, don't tell me what is dripping off that lizard.
I'm saying it's mud...yeah...mud.
What cute photos of Mr. Harley I don't think I would want to touch that either. Love your title with the little lizard sitting on it and how you used the tag for one of your photos, you are so creative with your pages.
Oh goodness, he is getting so big! Remember when he was born and we were all so excited! Now he is a little man who is willing to pet a blue tongue lizard. The dripping on the "Blue" in the title is so much fun, sort of like a drippy tongue. The lizard on the U is a fab touch. Impressive that there is a pic with the tongue out matching those magnificent claws! How does she wipe her..... nose I wonder! So many lovely details on this page. The pretty bluey neutrals letting the bright colours of the lizard, the crocs and the nails shine. The stars (ooooo, love the stars!) and the dainty little clusters. Great journaling (as always). Love the speech bubble. Yup, love it!
