Since moving into Mary’s house, my usual hobbies didn’t work
well. I didn’t have a lot of gardening to tend to. My computer was
in the back room so scrapbooking in the evenings was not a good
thing if I wanted to spend time with Chad. So, I broke out my cross stitch project that I started over 3 years ago. I stopped
working on it because it hurt my neck but really wanted to get it done so I pushed through the pain. Eventually, the
muscles got used to it and I could do it without pain. I finally finished the winter scene on 11/16/2025! I was so happy. It
is so pretty! When I purchased this kit, I also purchased 2 others. I broke out the deer kit since it was my second favorite. It
did not take me long to complete this one. It took just over 3 weeks of working on it nearly every evening. I LOVE how it
turned out. I wish I had wall space so I can keep it but I don’t. So, I added the wording and will give it to my brother for
Christmas. I hope he appreciates it and will enjoy it. I have one more kit that I have to do yet from my original purchase
3 years ago, but think I may keep up this hobby. I am even working on how to design a design of my own. I even elarned
how to frame them with foam board. I got the white frame from Angie and the wood frame from Hobby Lobby.
