We had a stall at
the St Anne’s Market,
Highfields in the same
area that we were allocated
last time. Ken had a table of
items $20 and under in the
hopes people would buy them
for Christmas giving.
There were not as many buyers
wandering around the market
as we thought there would be.
I sold three greeting cards
which was added to Ken’s total
sales, all adding up to $205.00.

He does a marvellous job with his woodwork creations Anne_Marie and $205 extra at Christmas will be very helpful. I love the woodgrain bg with rounded corners and red border. Neat and classy as always.

@Jill Thankyou for your comment. I thought I would share this with you - we do not keep any of the money we make at the market or the two cafes where Ken sells his woodwork. We cannot afford to give to charity from our pensions so Ken uses his hobby to make things to sell. Most of his timber is given to him. We like to support a charity called Barnabas Aid.

Sales can be so unpredictable sometimes! Glad you guys had a good turnout. I love how you paired the photos of the wooden items with the wooden paper, and the tree is a great detail.
