Links, Credits & Journaling
Journaling reads:
I went to my first DBE National Council Meeting as a delegate. I had attended one meeting when it was held in California, but only attended one of the business meetings and I really didn't understand what it was all about. I learned a lot and was really inspired.

The State House bell, now known as the Liberty Bell, rang in the tower of the Pennsylvania State House. Speaker of the Pennsylvania Assembly first ordered a bell for the bell tower in 1751 from the Whitechapel Foundry in London. That bell cracked on the first test ring. Local metalworkers John Pass and John Stow melted down that bell and cast a new one right here in Philadelphia. It's this bell that would ring to call lawmakers to their meetings and the townspeople together to hear the reading of the news.

Wow! I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your journaling. And what an adventure getting to view the bell.

Interesting info, lovely photos, excellent blendwork (I am going to save that phrase and copy and paste into all your pages), super title, fantastic colour choice, I love how you often use a caps font for your journaling

What a neat layout and interesting journaling. I really like the way you layed the journal matte behind the bell to make it stand out more. Nice photo and composition!

Lovely layout Lynnie, a great educational layout for me. Loving the masking and themed kit.
