This fun young lady was a driving force behind the Yarn Bombing event in our town recently. She claims she is in the process of yarn bombing herself by stitching crocheted/knitted squares and other yarn items onto her cardigan as the whim grabs her. When I pointed out that one was coming undone at the back, she said it was a work in progress and she hadn't finished that piece yet!! A very entertaining, colourful and enthusiastic young woman who was a delight to engage with......07/2025

Oh how fun. I imagine that when she gets done with it, that will be a sweater to remember. I like the whimsy in her response about the square coming undone.

Thank you for sharing the journaling. What a great fun idea she is doing. Your use of the photo large on your layout looks great. The newspaper themed paper adds well along with the edgings. There is so much fun things to discover on your great page.

Interesting template w the curved edge! Great story/encounter. These colors suit her sweater perfectly. I especially like the double layer of scallopy trim w the contrasting black and rust. What a fun gal (eclectic grandma, me thinks!!) Kudos for adding the arrow pointing to the unfinished business.

Genius photo and story. I hope she gets to see this, because it is priceless and she looks absolutely beautiful. Your journaling - ON THE LINES and on a torn scrap is wonderful. LOVE the newsprint background paper and the scalloped layering of two papers, one of which has a scallop pattern - or is it lace? Well, whatever it is, it is perfect and genius. on the side of the small pic, too. I am constantly in awe of your brilliantitude!
