This abandoned uranium mine is one of the free camping areas we stayed for a couple of days on
our way to Western Australia. Such an interesting place as when the mine was closed all the
buildings were moved so all that is left is the concrete slabs where they once stood. You are able
to drive out to the old mine site however a 4WD is necessary.

I agree with michi...I always appreciate the journalling copied into the LO description. I also like finding your pages in the gallery and seeing where you have been in this wonderful country we live in. This is an interesting page, great photos and informative journalling.
