Cottage Cheese Egg Bake

This cottage cheese egg bake is nutritious, easy to make, delicious, and high in protein! This recipe is a winner for its simplicity and versatility.

As I post this, mine is in the oven, but I added chopped mushrooms, spinach and sausage crumbles too... can't wait to dig in... (... link below, mine just out of the oven .. lol
Update: it’s creamy deliciousness, a keeper!

Oh, this looks delicious. I may have to try and make this over the weekend. I love the cute chickee elements with the eggs that you included in your recipe card, and I love the solid color blocks you used to separate the ingredients from the instructions.
