Journaling reads:
On my very first day in Washington, DC, I fell. Not a nice neat “Oh I’m fine” fall, as you can see. I decided to wait until we got home to California to go to a doctor and Rand took care of me until then. He made sure I rested and didn’t fall again. He made tea when I needed it and went down to the snack bar for snacks. It didn’t slow us down, though. We walked over 33 miles in the three days we were there.

I felt so loved and cherished. He is always like that, though. He knows how hard I work at Steven and Nessa’s, and makes sure I get plenty of rest and TLC while I am home.
