Texas Firecrackers
1 12oz box of Ritz crackers
3/4 cup olive oil EVOO
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp Chili flakes (optional)
1. Empty the crackers into a large ziplock bag
2. Pour in the olive oil, coat the crackers.
3. Add the spices to the bag
4. Seal the bag and gently shake it, turning it over
and over to get all the crackers coated evenly
5. Leave the sealed bag at room temperature overnight
6. Serve with a creamy dip if you like or just as is
7. These will stay fresh, sealed at room temperature, up to a week (if they last that long)

Texas firecrackers -- what a fun name for this spicy recipe! We always have Ritz crackers at our house; we'll have to try this out. My husband really likes hot-ter foods. And I love how your card turned out -- so pretty! Great job!
