Ive always been a stickler for +ldquo;real+rdquo; books as opposed to other versions such as ebooks and audi
mmm, great page Jill! I am looking at those titles, too. Don't think I've read any of them. I've only recently become a Harlan Coben fan, after watching Netflix. I tried the e-reader on a vacation a few years back and it was just as heavy as a book! I have read one or two on my phone as well, but haven't gotten comfortable w the bookmarking system yet. So I'm still old school hard copy. Hearing about your transition and now it seems permanent. No more coffee shop reading, oh that's just horrible though. Think of all the people watching you're missing. I like how you overlaid your journaling onto a bookshelf background with a title under there, too. The e-reader and looping cord thru your quintessential Jillicious clustering (in my fave turquoise!) are of course so lovely. I love the bold graphic pp even as just an edger.
hey, in other news, did your December kit reward code work? Mine did not.

The most important underling things are: You love books...in any shape, form, media...you've adapted to what life dealt you soooo admirably. I say...Kudos to the max!!!
Treasure those fond memories at the coffee shop (It's still open for ebooks too, you know) And who doesn't enjoy listening to someone read to them at bedtime? I'm thinking you opened a whole new world of marvelous reading adventures!
Oh and gotta ask...looking over your book list..where is the murder and mayhem? The juicy Who dun it? The handsome detective who never finds lhis soul mate in life? :) :)

Jill great layout and journaling and I need to come back and check out your list of reading material. I am a fan of ebooks simply because I can check them out from our library and even put one on hold all from the comfort of my living room.

You will end up loving all versions and still enjoy picking up your old favourites in 'real' books. I love all of them. Love the inclusion of so many covers and all the word strips. What great clusters tethered by string! Loved Lessons in Chemistry. I read a lot - I mean a lot! And because I spend so much time in the car, I listen to audio books a lot.

I can really relate to this. I swore that I would never give up 'real' books. But here I am reading 2 or 3 per month on my tablet. I love that you made be think about growth not always being a positive. Although, in this case, I don't think that it matters. As long as you are enjoying reading or listening to books. Absoloutely fabulous layout. Thank you so much for sharing and playing along.
