What a fun twist on traditional lasagna! I really like this idea and bet my baby-grands would be great helpers making this. The added bonus is that this would make plenty for a current meal, and some leftover to freeze for a later time. Thanks for sharing your pretty card and yummy recipe!

Great recipe card. I have made this many times but I add chopped brocolli into the ricotta mix to fill the lasagna so that my kids would get a veggie and not be able to pick it out. LOL
