Squeal.....that row of houses. ♥ Gosh it's so scary to see how quickly our water can be contaminated. Hope you get clean water soon.

Brilliant out-of-the-box idea to use the photo mask to make a cloud - I wouldn't have thought of that. I also wouldn't have thought to scrapbook the notice of contaminiated water - your journaling and the elements make this a terrific record of real life issues. Great job!
