A Sign?

A stoic, solemn photo of the flags and all the different feelings they invoke on the viewer.
Must admit, I don't quite understand the small flag's message. I do know that many people focus on their own agenda regardless of the bigger meaning...so possibly this smaller flag has to do with the service to country the deceased gave in life and the flag planter wanted it to be known??
Oh...I really like this idea for a challenge. Perhaps you should mention it to Memory Mosaic (Joy). She is always asking us for ideas for new challenges.
