I love going to bed, I love my bed especially in the winter when I can s
I love that you scrapped about your sleepless nights and included a screenshot of the GS website. This is a fantastic layout!

Omg, Jill! I have never been a good sleeper either, but no way do i get up and do stuff, especially look at my phone or TV. Too bright!! My sister says she dies though. I have actually read that sleeping a couple hours then getting up and doing things before going back to bed is what our ancestors did. I can't remember the explanation, something about ancient brain patterns dating back even further to when it wasn't safe to get a sound 7 or 8 hour sleep. You needed to keep semi awake to survive.
And that's my totally non scrap commenting. You know I always think your skills are worthy!

Well there's another thing we share...interrupted sleepless nights...gee, haven't had one of those since...last night...the night before...the night before that...
This is a marvelous, personal sharing of one's self. Very therapeutic...and a wonderful message to pass on to your family, especially if they suffer with it too...or will at some point in their lives.
Super visuals of your sleepless activities...love that reto TV, and how everything is on a slant. But I do have one question.
What is an iron? :)

Jill I love this layout, great photos for your story but I am thinking if I was trying to remember the steps to a line dance it would not help me sleep in fact it would do the opposite. I always love seeing your creative pages

I just love your photos. They really bring your journaling to life. I can't imagine having to get up again in the night. Although the midnight snack does appeal lol. I am glad you seem able to keep your head busy. Your layout is wonderful. Thank you for joining in the challenge.

These days I am a lot better about falling back asleep. With that said, I wish that I could just sleep straight through the night. I like the way that you have designed this page with the illustrations of your nighttime activities.

Jill, oh how I can relate! If we weren't on two completely different time zones, you could give me a call and we could stay awake together! lol!

What a great page! I don't have that problem often, but when I do, I usually make a nice glass of warm milk when I am struggling, then I listen to something really really boring on my phone with a timer. Great pictures and fabulous journaling.
