Brilliantly coloured striking page that simply bounds from the gallery with that big bold title and amazing attention to detail. Loved the story (I hadnt heard of Flaco until now, and will look the story up, thanks for the prompt) Love that you included the artwork and sightings timeline. The stars, the clouds, the journalling on a cloud, the frames....sooo good!

Extraordinarily brilliant, art-filled, modern chic style page. I, too didn't know about Flaco...he had an interesting life (and real life escape). LOVE the bright gradient in his name tile and how beautifully everything is arranged on the page...an eye treat at every turn!

what a wonderful page! yes, i have followed Flaco's timeline from the moment he escaped since i live just a short distance from the city and daughter lives in Brooklyn. but his demise has renewed the push for two pieces of legislation already in the state committee to further enhance laws already in place to protect birds in the city. and there's a current movement to try and get a statue of him in Central Park. his life has been a true inspiration for so many city dwellers! love your page!
