It's fun to see a different version of you and to hear your story. I don't think I could live w/o carbs! I just love noodles of every kind, bread and rice!! Even cutting out sugar would be hard for me, though I have definitely cut way back on that over the years. My hubs flipped the switch overnight, stopped drinking beer, eating sugar and cutting way way back on carbs. Because he still works physically everyday, he had to add some carbs back or he wasn;t able to maintain enough weight to muscle through his day. Men!

Oh I love this so much! I think you looked gorgeous before, but i love the story. So glad Keto worked for you. I did it for a year but and lost but it sent my blood pressure off the chart so I had to stop. I just love the clusters and the way you put this together. God you. Glad you're feeling healthy and good now!

You look amazing! Great pictures, you are beautiful in both, but I am glad you are at a healthier weight and it is working for you. I am following a clean eating plan that has a lot of paleo and keto features, but nothing is really counted. I think we just have to find what works for us and that we can live on forever. It is obviously working for you becuase you look amazing. Those patterned squiggles behind the journaling are brilliant and frame the lower picture so nicely. Themed elements always work so well on a page that tells a story.>>>
