Real Moments Huntington Gardens

Journaling reads Pam and I go special places for our birthdays every year. This year, Pam took me to Huntington Gardens for my birthday. It poured all day. Our goal was to walk for 20,000 steps, but we barely made 18,000. We got really wet, but loved every single minute
Gah! The way you did your names!!! Soooo good. (I see you ampersand and clock anchored w perfect bow!) The lovelies are indeed whimsical and so charming. And shadowed exquisitely. Such pretty colors, roo. What a nice relationship to commemorate.

Oh yes, I was coming to comment on the gorgeous shadow work too! It's beautiful and really just adds so much to your beautiful page. I loved the font you chose for your journaling as well - it really echoed the emotion of the day it seems.

Genius title work Lynnie, I was thinking as I started to read the journalling (thank you for always including it in the description...except when the gallery gets hungry and eats it for breakfast, that you both look pretty spiffy here for drowned rats..then I read on further) I am loving the details and construction of the cluster at the base of the page, the curling ribbon and leaf placement in the curls is giving me joy and the little bird at the end is a wonderful touch

Love tjhne sideways title. Such a pretty blended background. Love the cluster and the humningbird.
