Wow, the layering on this page is fabulous! I love how you've captured this, from looking at the menu, getting served, and the close-up of the meal.
Personally, I've never had a lobster roll before. Lobster is very expensive here in Norway ($80+ per kilo/per 2.2 pounds). My dad has an acquaintance who is a fisherman. When we buy from him it's half-price but still expensive so we only eat lobster once or twice a year.
